Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support while mentoring junior team members and influencing customer success strategy.

Own a portfolio of brand clients, developing account strategies, managing post-sale relationships, guiding AI-driven brand interventions, and driving renewals, referrals, and expansion. Lead kickoffs, working sessions, executive briefings, and quarterly reviews; translate data and technical insights into actionable recommendations for senior marketing leaders. Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales while identifying growth opportunities and building scalable account processes.

Drives strategic net-new SaaS business growth across mid-market and large organizations. Owns territory planning, prospecting, complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, executive engagement, negotiation, forecasting, and contract closure. Translates technical capabilities into measurable business value, collaborates with marketing, sales engineering, and customer success, and maintains pipeline discipline through Salesforce. Develops industry expertise and contributes to sales best practices.

Own monthly close activities for assigned accounts and entities, including reconciliations, journal entries, financial analysis, and reporting. Support foreign entity reporting, compliance filings, audits, and tax preparation. Identify process and financial system improvements while collaborating across global finance teams. The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, ERP and Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and adaptability in a growing SaaS environment.

Own federal customer programs from initial discovery and proposal through deployment, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Responsibilities include shaping requirements, writing proposal and SOW/PWS language, pricing work, configuring the platform, training government users, documenting mission outcomes, and partnering with engineering on integrations and product improvements. The role requires deep federal acquisition expertise, customer-facing government sales experience, and frequent travel to customer sites.

Own expansion and conversion for existing product-led accounts: identify over-usage from product/billing data, run consultative short-cycle sales, close upgrades, and build the conversion playbook alongside founders and CRO.
