Own partner lifecycle and performance for AI and infrastructure providers: recruit, onboard, and enable partners; ensure data hygiene and SLA compliance; translate technical capabilities into marketplace offerings; drive partner performance metrics, QBRs, and platform integrations to accelerate deal velocity and adoption.

Build governed Power Platform automations and integrations (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint) by mapping processes with engagement teams, designing secure maintainable solutions, leveraging AI tooling (Copilot Studio, AI Builder), and supporting lifecycle governance, monitoring, and end users. Embed with teams to prioritize process improvements and scale internal automation practices.

Lead technical onboarding for new customers, manage integrations and troubleshooting, translate technical requirements into value-driven artifacts and plans, drive product adoption, engage technical and executive stakeholders, and advocate customer needs into the product roadmap.
