Lead and manage enterprise infrastructure and network strategy, operations, and modernization across on‑prem and cloud environments. Oversee availability, security, disaster recovery, capacity planning, vendor contracts, automation, 24x7 support, compliance, and a team of infrastructure/network engineers while driving metrics, roadmaps, and cross‑functional alignment.

Drive revenue by designing tailored technical solutions, delivering product demos, writing proposals and RFP responses, validating integrations, managing stakeholder expectations, and supporting transition and delivery as a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer (50% strategic delivery time). Create motion graphics, edit and polish video content, and produce short-form social cutdowns. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate AI-driven product insights into on-brand, high-performing video. Occasionally shoot interviews/B-roll and iterate quickly on creative assets.

Design and operationalize enterprise ABM: account selection, tiering, buying-committee maps, campaign frameworks, lifecycle orchestration, measurement and dashboards. Partner with Sales, Regional Campaigns, Digital, Product Marketing and Content to enable personalized multi-channel account programs that drive meetings, pipeline and revenue.

Manage and nurture existing hospital and healthcare client accounts: onboard and implement FairCode programs, ensure customer success and adoption, act as primary client liaison, drive retention and revenue growth through upsell/cross-sell, coordinate internal teams, produce reporting, and gather referrals and market insights.

Lead and grow a hands-on data science team that builds search, recommendation, personalization, delivery ETA/dispatch models, and ad ranking/attribution systems. Set technical direction, write production code, partner with Product and Engineering, drive experimentation, and deliver measurable business impact across consumer, delivery, and ads.
