Build scalable HR processes, maintain job architecture and leveling frameworks, support global operations, and partner with leadership, Legal, Finance, and People Business Partners in a fast-moving technology environment.

Contacts agents and insured parties for routine coverage information, schedules medical appointments, requests wage information, orders surveillance, and completes medical status calls.
