Performs premium audits for Workers’ Compensation and General Liability policies by reviewing financial, payroll, labor, and verification records. Validates classifications, calculates earned premiums, identifies rating issues, resolves discrepancies, and communicates findings with policyholders, producers, underwriters, and internal leadership. The role also supports audit documentation, customer service, and related account check-ins while ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Performs detailed SCADA electrical design, including one-line diagrams, schematics, cable routing, panel designs, equipment selection, and wiring diagrams. Prepares project documents, reports, bills of materials, and specifications; supports bidding, QA/QC, CAD standards, client communication, and cross-functional drafting. The role operates primarily in an office with some field work and requires occasional travel.
