Manage and execute client file transfers, retention, and disposition projects. Provide transaction coordination and client service for corporate real estate portfolios: manage lease expirations, prepare negotiation summaries and reports, support documentation for leases/purchases/subleases, coordinate commissions and revenue entries, update TM systems (Fusion/CoStar/REFLEX), and perform portfolio reporting and administrative tasks.

Support due diligence operations for business partners by clearing false positives (sanctions, adverse media, UBO), entering and correcting partner data, tracking mitigation measures, performing annual sample checks, and providing first-line IT/tool support and user access assistance.

Provide application configuration, troubleshooting, escalation, and end-user support for mortgage origination/acquisition systems. Monitor application health, write documentation, run ad-hoc database queries, collaborate with product owners and vendors, and prioritize multiple support requests to maintain system stability and performance.
