Provide day-to-day employment counseling for US workforce, handle agency matters and employment litigation, support compensation and benefits, maintain HR policies and compliance (OFCCP, audits), advise on AI-related employment issues, and partner closely with People Operations, Benefits, and Finance. Support attorneys on business development transactions from inception through post-closing: manage, draft, review, and track transactional and ancillary documents; coordinate external advisors; build playbooks, checklists, and AI-driven tools to streamline transaction workflows and post-acquisition obligations; manage timelines and deliverables using technology and independent judgment.

Provide administrative support to legal staff and paralegals including proofreading correspondence, maintaining calendars and deadline systems, scheduling travel and meetings, opening matters and preparing engagement letters, processing vendor invoices, and performing clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and reception relief as needed.

Provide privacy legal advice across clinical, research, and business functions; manage GDPR and global-privacy compliance; negotiate HIPAA Business Associate Agreements; draft and review privacy notices; advise on cookies, trackers, ad tech, and emerging AI; support privacy-related inquiries and develop data governance and policies across the organization.

Provide litigation and administrative support to U.S. Attorneys including drafting and proofreading legal documents, e-filing, trial preparation, docketing, subpoena tracking, calendar management, and producing courtroom exhibits while using office software and assisting with budget and invoice tasks.

Contract commercial counsel responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing enterprise SaaS commercial agreements (MSAs, Order Forms, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs). Own contract lifecycle in Linksquares, manage redlines and signature workflows, advise Sales/Customer Success, support vendor/partner reviews, and surge capacity during quarter-end peaks.

Provide administrative support to attorneys by transcribing correspondence, preparing client/matter forms, invoices, and e-filings; inputting critical dates into docketing system; scheduling depositions/mediations; managing electronic and paper files; liaising with vendors and clients; proofreading documents; and coordinating meetings and document workflow.

Provide proactive legal counsel to Avery Dennison's North American Solutions Group on commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters; draft and negotiate complex integrated hardware/software/consumables agreements and IT/SaaS contracts; manage litigation and outside counsel; lead legal projects, improve processes, deliver training, and advise senior leadership. Occasional travel (<25%).

Perform quality assurance and coordination of asset recovery processes including HOA and mortgage foreclosures, deed preparation, deedback surrenders, legal coordination, filing, and assist with inbound collections and escalated customer service.

Build and run PointFive's legal function: own commercial contracting and CLM, support partnerships and vendor agreements, manage corporate governance and IP, advise on employment law globally, lead compliance (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR), respond to RFPs/security questionnaires, and partner cross-functionally to reduce legal friction and surface risk to leadership.
