Perform month-end close tasks including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and fixed asset/CIP accounting. Support cash, prepaids, accruals, audit documentation, and ad-hoc projects. Recommend process improvements and collaborate with finance leadership across accounting and FP&A to build controls for a global carve-out entity.

Manage day-to-day general accounting operations, lead month/quarter/year-end close, prepare consolidated financial statements, ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls, supervise and mentor accounting staff, support ERP implementations and process improvements, and assist the Corporate Controller with technical accounting research and ad hoc projects.

Lead analysis and governance of lending portfolios by identifying risks and trends, overseeing automated decisioning and fintech AI analytics, ensuring underwriting and data quality, producing actionable BI (SQL, Power BI, data warehouses), mentoring staff, and supporting appraisal operations and regulatory compliance to improve portfolio performance.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual fund financial statements; maintain GLs and reconciliations; calculate management fees, carried interest, allocations, and waterfalls; support NAV, capital calls, distributions and audit/tax deliverables; interpret fund governing documents; liaise with auditors/tax providers; identify process improvements and collaborate with internal teams.

Manage a portfolio of delinquent student accounts, collect payments via inbound/outbound calls and email, negotiate payment plans, research and resolve account issues with cross-functional partners, ensure compliance with regulations and SOX controls, and meet departmental goals and metrics.

Lead FP&A for the Prime Vigilance division: budgeting, forecasting, variance and profitability analysis, month-end review, business partnering, process improvement, and line management. Provide financial insight for pricing, contracts, resource optimisation, and support finance transformation and integrations.
