The role pilots AI-assisted engineering practices, develops reusable tooling, collaborates with business and technical stakeholders, and mentors data engineers.

Own end-to-end data and analytics work for SaaS customers, including requirements gathering, data infrastructure setup, migrations, dbt reporting pipelines, SQL development, dashboards, data quality improvements, and business analysis. Collaborate directly with client data and operations teams, meet tight deadlines, and develop expertise in mortgage servicing processes.

Investigate and reconcile portfolio, benchmark, model, and custodian performance data. Analyze returns, attribution, benchmark logic, and allocation drift to identify discrepancies and root causes. Build Python diagnostics and SQL queries, maintain data-quality dashboards and audit trails, document findings, and collaborate with quant, engineering, portfolio management, and operations teams to implement validation rules and improve performance reporting reliability.

Administer and optimize Deltek Vantagepoint, develop Power BI dashboards and data models, validate reporting accuracy, support CRM and financial data, and translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. Provide user support, documentation, training, testing, and implementation leadership while collaborating across Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, and project teams.

Perform advanced pricing and trade analysis for the Grocery segment, using multiple data sources to guide list pricing, promotions, and investments. Analyze market trends, margins, competitive pricing, volume, and promotional tactics to identify risks and opportunities. Translate data into recommendations and leadership presentations, build reporting frameworks, collaborate cross-functionally, and lead pricing process and tool initiatives.

Conduct data profiling, SQL-based analysis, statistical research, reporting, dashboard development, and pricing analysis for insurance products. Translate business needs into analytical solutions, validate data and outputs, and present recommendations to finance, pricing, underwriting, leadership, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with data engineers on testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement while investigating root causes and identifying new insights. May mentor junior analysts.

Build and maintain dbt models, canonical revenue marts, and dashboards integrating Salesforce, CPQ, Orb, product usage, billing, contracts, and invoices. Reconcile usage with billed revenue, define revenue metrics, support forecasting and monthly close, and document data lineage, testing, and exception handling. Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to provide reliable reporting for ARR, commitments, consumption, NDR, expansion, and related revenue metrics.
