The Senior Data Analyst will manage the lifecycle of data analysis projects for RevolutionParts, develop complex models using SQL and Python/R, ensure data integrity, create dashboards in Looker, and mentor the team on data strategy.

Partner with business, product, and technical teams to define KPIs, translate business needs into data requirements, build reporting and dashboards for embedded payments (card, ACH, RTP), and drive data governance and continuous improvement.

Build and manage a team of analysts, ensure production-quality SQL/Python work, partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, and present strategic recommendations to the executive team and board.

Lead Westfield's enterprise data governance program: set strategy, define policies and critical data elements, drive data quality and metadata foundations, ensure compliance and lifecycle controls, build governance operations, engage stakeholders and executive leadership, and develop organizational capability to make governed data support analytics and AI.

Lead analytics and AI-enabled growth initiatives by aggregating enterprise data, building Snowflake semantic models and financial forecasts, developing agentic analytics and conversational agents, automating reporting, and delivering insights and presentations to senior leaders to support Growth Operations.

Lead architecture and implementation of scalable data systems and pipelines from ingestion to delivery. Own ambiguous, high-impact integrations, improve data quality and reliability, adopt AI-augmented engineering, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, ML, and customer teams to ship production solutions.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and ETL/ELT pipelines in cloud environments. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to enable ML model development and feed software products. Translate stakeholder requirements, manage prototype-to-production transitions, and recommend new data technologies. Provide ad hoc engineering, POC development, and data analysis support.

Lead design and delivery of scalable data platforms and pipelines on Azure (Synapse, Data Factory, OneLake, Microsoft Fabric). Build BI solutions with Power BI (DAX, Power Query/M), implement data warehousing and semantic models, promote CI/CD and governance, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights.

Analyze consumer credit card portfolio performance across the customer lifecycle, drive growth and engagement through data-driven insights, support marketing analytics and A/B testing, and build executive dashboards and BI reporting (Tableau/Power BI/SQL). Partner cross-functionally to inform strategy, establish governance and repeatable reporting, and recommend actions to improve portfolio profitability and customer outcomes.
