Maintain document registers, run review workflows (including Bluebeam Studio), perform quality checks, prepare transmittals, generate reporting, mentor junior controllers, and support continuous improvement of document control procedures.

The Associate oversees real estate tax statuses, prepares escrow analyses, processes tax payments, and collaborates with Asset Managers regarding tax obligations.

Conducts initial external fraud investigations, documents findings, detects fraud schemes, prepares SARs with supervision, coordinates with business units, law enforcement, and outside agencies to protect bank assets and minimize losses.
