The HR Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle talent acquisition, building candidate networks, and maintaining client relationships with hiring managers to meet performance metrics.

Manage day-to-day administration and compliance for benefits, leave, workers' compensation, and wellness across a multi-state workforce. Own full lifecycle benefits and leave programs, coordinate vendors and carriers, handle leave/ADA accommodations and return-to-work, reconcile billing, support open enrollment and 401(k), maintain HRIS data, develop communications and training, analyze participation trends, and drive process improvements. Travel 10–15%.
