Lead and develop a team of Technical Support Engineers to manage day-to-day support operations, escalations, SLA adherence, and tooling. Respond to incidents, support patching and endpoint management, document change management, and prepare for audits while collaborating with engineers and operations teams.

Provide Tier-1/2 support and maintenance for in-house and cloud applications, manage user roles and RBAC, audit security, coordinate SaaS releases and integrations, document workflows, perform software testing, and train users to ensure reliable ERP-driven business operations.

Manage lab infrastructure for a DoD customer: deploy and maintain virtualized/containerized workloads, administer RHEL/Rocky and Windows Server hosts, implement DISA STIGs, perform vulnerability scanning and remediation, configure networks and firewalls, provide Tier 2/3 user and field support, and perform occasional on-site hardware installs and deployments at customer test sites.

Provide system administration for Windows-based application hosting: support IIS, monitor performance and availability, coordinate security patching, assist deployments, configuration management, and infrastructure modernization in FISMA-regulated federal environments.
