The HRIS Specialist is responsible for the administration and reporting of all HR systems, including Core HR, Time and Attendance, Payroll, Performance Management, Recruiting, Learning Management, and other HR-related systems. They collaborate with HR and other business units to meet their information needs and act as a liaison between functional and business specialists. The role involves working on system changes, improving system efficiency and stability, conducting trainings, and maintaining data entry and security in the HRIS system.
