The Head of L&D leads workforce capability programs across MetLife's US Business and other functions, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and effective AI adoption for improved performance outcomes.

Support new-graduate recruitment operations: coordinate communications and interview schedules, attend interviews, manage applicant tracking and job postings, support event logistics (online/in-person), prepare reports and materials, and handle recruitment-related administrative tasks and inquiries.

Manage employee relations (ER) including prevention programs, investigations, liaison with legal/compliance and external advisors, whistleblower channel management, labor-administration (work rules, labor agreements, inspections), reporting, and occasional coordination with Global/Region. Support ER-related projects and trainings and develop toward leading ER responsibilities.

Lead an HR Service Delivery team focused on employee benefits, ensuring timely, high-quality service. Manage day-to-day operations, coach staff, maintain SLAs, drive process improvements and adoption of AI-enabled tools, and partner with stakeholders to resolve escalations in a hybrid work model.

Support compensation benchmarking, analytics, and data management for MetLife Investment Management. Conduct modeling, reporting, survey administration, and contribute to AI-enabled solutions, job architecture, audits, and process improvements to ensure competitive, equitable global compensation.

Provide customer-focused administration of absence claims (FMLA/ADA), perform intake and eligibility decisions, gather supporting information, manage recertifications and intermittent leave tracking, update systems and documentation, and ensure timely, compliant leave processing.

Manage end-to-end absence claims (FMLA/ADA): intake eligibility decisions, gather supporting data, perform recertifications and intermittent tracking, confirm return-to-work, and update systems with accurate leave status and documentation.

Lead MetLife's global enterprise enablement strategy to drive workforce and leader readiness, change activation, and sustained adoption—with an initial focus on AI fluency. Create standards, playbooks, and operating practices; oversee high-impact change initiatives; partner with Learning, Communications, Technology, and business teams; equip leaders to translate priorities into team-level action; and define metrics to measure readiness, adoption, proficiency, and business impact.

Serve as a strategic HR partner for a Global Technology organization: advise senior leaders on org design, talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development; analyze workforce metrics; lead employee engagement and organizational health; partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver compensation, learning, talent acquisition, global mobility, and change management solutions.
