The Manager People Business Partner supports HR delivery in alignment with business goals, focusing on employee engagement, talent acquisition, and performance management.

Manage complex global mobility cases across relocation, immigration, and assignments within a shared-services model. Ensure policy compliance, vendor coordination, documentation governance, audit readiness, and cross-functional case resolution. Use data and reporting to identify trends and drive process improvements while delivering a high-quality employee experience.

Partner with regional business leaders to deliver People & Capability programs across EEMEA. Support workforce planning, analytics, change management, early talent, reskilling, engagement surveys, performance calibrations, and regional P&C milestones. Manage global campus recruiting operations, events, and employee referral program; execute student-focused campaigns; own talent-attraction analytics and monthly reporting; enable consistent program delivery and optimization across time zones.

Support administration of global equity programs (RSU, PSUs, options, ESPP): validate transactions, coordinate vendors and internal partners, ensure compliance (tax, SOX), perform reconciliations and reporting, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and drive process improvements and documentation.

Manage mass compensation data processing in Workday via inbound EIB templates: prepare, validate, load, troubleshoot error logs, ensure compliance, collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Total Rewards, and improve EIB integration processes.

Lead and support performance management and employee relations processes across LATAM. Provide guidance, investigate issues, build ER dashboards, analyze data to surface trends and risks, partner with People Business Partners and counsel, coordinate trainings, and drive process improvements to ensure fair, consistent performance practices.

The role focuses on designing and optimizing global benefits processes to enhance compliance and employee experience, collaborating with various teams to ensure process integrity and continuous improvement.
