Lead strategic HR partnership with senior leaders to drive organizational design, talent management, leadership development, culture transformation, and employee engagement. Own succession planning, performance and compensation frameworks, people analytics, and cross-functional execution with TA, Rewards, L&D, and People Ops. Coach executives, manage change, and ensure HR policies and compliance scale with business growth.

Lead global employee lifecycle strategy and operations, including onboarding, lifecycle communications, Workday Journeys, program governance, and data-driven improvements. Partner with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, L&D, and regional leaders to scale consistent, measurable employee experience programs.

The Compensation Analyst designs and governs compensation programs, conducts job evaluations, partners with HR and Finance, and analyzes compensation data for equity and competitiveness.
