Lead a global People Operations team delivering Compensation and Benefits operations, operational governance, vendor management, and large annual HR events. Drive process standardization, automation, Workday integrations, analytics, and continuous improvement while partnering with COEs, Payroll, HR Technology, and external vendors to ensure compliant, scalable, and customer-focused HR service delivery.

Manage India employee benefits programs across health, risk, retirement, leave, and wellbeing. Ensure statutory compliance, lead renewals and vendor relationships, support budgeting and utilization analysis, resolve complex employee escalations, and advise regional leaders on benefits strategy. Builds practitioner networks, embeds AI readiness into community programming, amplifies technical content, drives behavior change, and establishes metrics tied to certification, customer outcomes, productivity, and revenue.
