About the Team

Talent Acquisition & Management at ServiceNow is building the systems and strategy behind AI-native hiring at scale. As we bring our new Avature platform online this December, we need someone to own what happens next: the day-to-day design, operations, and TA Tech vendor relationships that keep our foundational TA systems running well and running smart.

About the Role

We're looking for a true subject-matter expert who can bridge deep TA process knowledge with strong systems and vendor management skills, someone who makes sure the technology recruiters rely on every day just works and keeps getting better. You'll work in constant partnership with Product and DT, and be the voice of TA in those rooms: someone who understands how recruiters actually source, screen, and move candidates, and who can translate a system change into what it means for hiring velocity and candidate experience. You'll own the future strategy design and day-to-day operations of Avature and our other foundational TA&M systems and program partnerships as we bring them online, acting as the translator between our business strategy and the systems that power it.

What You'll Own

●      Avature Post-Implementation: full ownership of platform optimization, adoption, and operational excellence following our December go-live, including vendor relationship management and quarterly business reviews.

●      Cross-Functional Collaboration: serving as the primary liaison between TA, the Project Madagascar program team, and People Product & DT, translating technical requirements into what they mean for the TA practitioner.

●      TA Technology Stack Optimization: governance and design for our foundational TA systems (Avature, LinkedIn, HackerRank, Findem and more as we bring new tools online), ensuring interoperability and long-term reliability, with Customer Zero and Now on Now top of mind, always looking for where we can lean further into our own ServiceNow platform as part of our broader strategy heading into next year.

●      Pre-Go-Live Implementation Readiness: partnering with the Project Madagascar change team on training, documentation, cutover planning, and day-one support.

●      Vendor Relationship Management: receiving vendor handoffs from our Innovation team and owning ongoing partnership, SLA accountability, contract renewals, and optimization conversations.

●      Operational Metrics & Governance: establishing and tracking system health, adoption, and performance KPIs that feed directly into our roadmap decisions.

• Background in TA technology, operations, and strategy; Avature experience is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience as a recruiter or sourcing practitioner is a big plus; it's what lets you speak the language of the team you're serving.
• A track record of owning vendor relationships and driving system adoption at scale.
• Expert-level collaboration skills and cross-functional experience; there are strong relationships between our TA CoE, Product and DT teams and connectedness while working as a team is a critical piece of this role.
• The judgment to operate independently while staying tightly aligned with TA strategy

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $114,200 - $157,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. 
 

Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
