Own end-to-end recruitment for sales roles across EMEA, including sourcing, engaging, assessing, and closing top sales talent. Partner with regional sales leaders, develop creative sourcing strategies, manage multiple searches, coordinate interview processes, track recruiting metrics, and deliver excellent stakeholder and candidate experiences. The role requires a persistent, persuasive recruiter with strong organizational, communication, and German-language skills.

Serve as the HR strategic partner for global GTM/revenue teams: advise senior leaders, design and scale people programs (performance, compensation, career paths), lead org design and change, ensure multi‑regional compliance, and use people and revenue data to improve retention and engagement.

Provide first-line People support for EMEA (German market): manage employee lifecycle documentation, ensure Workday data integrity, triage Jira queries, enforce HR compliance and approvals, coordinate with Payroll/Legal/IT, and drive continuous improvement of processes and knowledge bases.
