Lead and grow a high-performing People Operations team across EMEA, drive operational excellence through automation and process improvement, partner with global P&C and tech teams (Workday, ServiceNow), monitor KPIs, and deliver exceptional employee experience supporting business growth.

Support the People & Culture team by coordinating interviews, posting job openings, maintaining HR records, administering background checks, assisting onboarding, and contributing to recruiting, training, and diversity initiatives. Provide HR support to managers and help improve processes.

Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, data, infrastructure, and product roles. Act as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders, build diverse pipelines through multi-channel sourcing, manage complex searches, drive interview calibration and offers, and improve processes and candidate experience.

Coordinate interview scheduling for Americas TA team; implement scheduling automation; improve candidate and hiring manager experience; support offers, background checks, pre-onboarding, requisition checks, campus outreach, and resolve TA and candidate inquiries.
