Execute Flywire's Job Architecture implementation: validate job mapping, develop career ladders, manage vendor and stakeholders, support job leveling and change management. Provide compensation benchmarking, offer/promotion reviews, and assist compensation cycles and process improvements during implementation.

Lead full-cycle recruiting across APAC for technical, corporate, and leadership roles. Partner with senior leaders on hiring strategy, coach hiring managers, build diverse pipelines, leverage AI and recruiting analytics, ensure local compliance, mentor recruiters, and drive process improvements to enhance candidate and hiring manager experience.
