Execute and develop revenue enablement programs for sales teams, including onboarding, ongoing skills training, product-release readiness, demo coaching, and sales content. Create curricula, workshops, webinars, assessments, playbooks, and job aids using adult learning principles. Analyze Salesforce and conversation-intelligence data to measure ramp velocity, demo quality, behavior change, quota attainment, and win rates. Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Enablement teams while supporting global teams across time zones.

Manage Colombo office HR and administration: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance with Sri Lankan labor law, employee relations, vendor and facilities management, events, HR records, and support global People Operations.
