Serve as strategic People leader to the CEO, driving organizational design, workforce planning, executive recruiting, leadership development, performance and succession processes. Coach executives, use people analytics, improve HR systems and operating models, and lead People & Recruiting teams to scale while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across the company during a 4-6 month temporary engagement. Source, screen, and pipeline candidates, coordinate complex scheduling, extend offers, and partner with hiring managers to deliver a strong, diverse candidate experience and close hires.
