Lead Alloy’s AI-augmented sourcing workflow using tools such as Noon.ai and Gem, develop sourcing playbooks, and partner with recruiters and leadership on talent intelligence and pipeline health.

Serve as the dedicated People Partner for Product and Engineering: coach managers, run performance cycles, monitor org health and attrition, partner on comp and workforce planning, use data-driven insights, support hiring with technical recruiters, and translate business context into people strategy.
