Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other go-to-market teams. Partner with hiring managers, build diverse talent pipelines, manage multiple searches, improve recruiting processes, track hiring metrics, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. The role will also build scalable recruiting systems and playbooks for a rapidly growing AI-native company.

Source, engage, prequalify, and pipeline licensed insurance claims adjusters across property, auto, general liability, and total loss lines. Maintain candidate records, licensing details, certifications, availability, and sourcing metrics in Ashby. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on market strategies, conduct outreach and interviews, monitor licensing trends, and represent Vega at hiring events. The role also uses AI tools and automation to improve sourcing workflows.

Coordinates recruiting interviews and onsite candidate experiences while managing office operations, employee events, vendor relationships, visitor logistics, and badge access. Supports new-hire onboarding, HR data updates, benefits and employment-verification questions, documentation, and People team projects. The role requires strong organization, initiative, warmth, and comfort working in person four days per week in New York.
