Partner with local leadership to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle in Argentina, ensuring compliance with Argentine labour law and Convenios Colectivos, resolving employee relations issues, implementing HR policies, leading HR projects and training, and using data analytics to improve HR operations and processes.
