Job Description

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will shape the employee experience and drive our culture forward, ensuring our people feel supported through the entire employee lifecycle.

The Human Resources department manages the entire employee lifecycle, from initial recruitment through to offboarding.

This team provides essential support to operations, employees, and stakeholders, ensuring that every interaction reflects a commitment to a first-class service.

This role involves working cross-functionally to deliver onboarding initiatives and drive a positive workplace culture. You will act as a key advisor, navigating complex regulatory environments and ensuring that people practices remain consistent with global standards while meeting local requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience contributing to the full employee lifecycle with a strong emphasis on legal compliance.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Argentine Labour Law (Ley de Contrato de Trabajo) and ability to apply legal requirements to mitigate risk.
  • Proven experience interpreting Convenios Colectivos de Trabajo (CCT) and navigating collective bargaining processes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics to assess employee matters and track Human Resources Operations.
  • Experience leading HR projects focused on compliance, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
  • Experience leading workshops and training sessions to promote HR strategies and company culture.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while working to tight deadlines.
  • Experience in the full lifecycle of policy management, from drafting to implementation and review.

Additional Information

  • Managing all HR operations for the Argentina office by ensuring full compliance with the Ley de Contrato de Trabajo and local statutory requirements.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure strict adherence to relevant Convenios Colectivos de Trabajo.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end employee lifecycle by facilitating onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to local leadership by serving as a key bridge to the global HR team.
  • Leading local HR projects by implementing global policies and driving process improvements.
  • Developing and maintaining internal HR policies by ensuring alignment with local legislation and global standards.
  • Fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture by managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
