The VP HR Total Rewards designs and oversees global compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals while managing a high-performing team and compliance across multiple regions.

Manage HR operations across Brazil and Latin America including employee lifecycle transactions, onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, case management (ServiceNow), data integrity, audits, process improvements, reporting, and project support to ensure compliant, efficient, high-touch employee experiences.

Lead APAC benefits communications and employee experience by maintaining benefits content, designing communication templates, gathering feedback, and supporting benefits system implementations, website enhancements, and stakeholder engagement including unions and country HR teams.

Source, screen and engage candidates across EMEA (German and English). Build talent pipelines, maintain ATS records, track sourcing metrics, leverage AI and sourcing platforms, research talent markets, and partner with TA Advisors and Hiring Managers to meet hiring SLAs and support employer branding.

Manage administration, compliance, vendor relationships, audits, reporting, and continuous improvement for U.S. health, welfare, retirement, and voluntary benefits. Lead Open Enrollment, support system enhancements, analyze data for plan recommendations, ensure regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA), and provide guidance and training to junior benefits team members.

Serve as first-tier HR contact for the Americas, resolve HR cases across channels (chat, email, portal, virtual meetings), execute Oracle HCM and ServiceNow tasks, perform QA audits, support seasonal programs, contribute to knowledge management, and cross-train for Brazil-specific processes to ensure continuity.

Supports HR operations across the employee lifecycle for UK, Ireland, and Nordic employees. Manages HR transactions, records, employee inquiries, ServiceNow cases, onboarding, offboarding, leave, transfers, payroll changes, benefits administration, audits, reporting, and process documentation. Partners with employees and managers to deliver compliant, efficient, high-touch experiences, resolve issues, maintain data accuracy, and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develops and implements learning and development plans and programs, conducts training needs analysis, facilitates employee and supervisory workshops, evaluates training effectiveness, and drives continuous improvement. Manages trainers, consultants, vendors, and LMS effectiveness while providing coaching and feedback. Leads regional and local learning projects and supports organizational design and change management initiatives. Requires strong facilitation, project leadership, organizational development, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
