Coordinate People Operations initiatives, project plans, meetings, documentation, onboarding, budgets, vendors, communications, and leadership support. Maintain the team’s operating rhythm, organize priorities and materials, track follow-ups, improve processes, and build effective cross-functional partnerships. The role supports the People Operations function rather than directly managing the employee lifecycle.

Designs, delivers, and manages learning programs across onboarding, leadership, compliance, technical and internship tracks. Develops instructional materials, facilitates in-person and virtual sessions, administers the LMS, measures program effectiveness, and partners with managers and Talent Management to identify learning needs and improve curriculum and learner experience.

Provide operational support for Total Rewards: administer benefits lifecycle, respond to employee inquiries, assist vendors and billing, support open enrollment and ancillary programs, maintain SOPs, generate basic reports, coordinate with payroll, and help manage leave-of-absence administration.
