Deliver and implement Liberty National training systems across field agencies, schedule and conduct webinars/meetings, create training materials, mentor field supervisors/directors, monitor field performance, manage travel and expenses, and complete weekly field reports to drive adoption and efficiency.

Administer and support benefits, retirement, wellness, and leave programs. Manage enrollments, vendor billing, audits, compliance (ERISA/ACA/HIPAA/COBRA/FMLA), vendor/recordkeeper relationships, employee education, data integrity in HRIS, and billing reconciliations. Assist with testing, regulatory filings, and strategic initiatives to improve plan operations and employee experience.
