Coordinates balancing solution quotes, order entry, customer inquiries, and order maintenance while serving as a liaison between sales and customer care. Prepares standard and special quotations, uses configuration and quoting tools, and supports project delivery through expediting, product substitutions, and escalations. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, technical aptitude, organization, multitasking, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
