Leads Sulzer’s Americas Applications and Proposal Technology organization, overseeing application and process engineering, proposal generation, estimation, value engineering, and technical support. Develops technically sound, competitive solutions for new products, replacement components, revamps, upgrades, debottlenecking, and performance-improvement projects. Partners with sales, business development, and customers, manages engineering capacity, establishes technical standards and processes, and develops application engineers, process engineers, proposal specialists, and subject matter experts.

Administers commodity transaction contracts for crude, natural gas, power, and fuel oil. Drafts and dispatches confirmations, reviews broker and counterparty documentation, verifies trade economics, incorporates master agreement terms, and escalates discrepancies and delays. Coordinates with Legal, Credit, Operations, and Front Office teams to mitigate contractual, operational, economic, and regulatory risk. Drive non-gameday special event sales and operations for Constellation Field: develop events, prospect and close clients, run site tours, prepare proposals, coordinate vendors, support event setup/execution, forecast revenue, and collaborate cross-departmentally to maximize venue revenue and customer satisfaction.

Leads end-to-end ERP data conversions, including extraction, mapping, cleansing, enrichment, loading, reconciliation, mock conversions, testing, issue resolution, and status reporting. Collaborates with ERP program leads and functional and technical teams to develop conversion strategies and finalize data mappings. The role requires independent problem-solving, advanced technology expertise, and experience leading global teams.

The Accountant manages general accounting activities, including month-end closing, financial statement preparation, GL reconciliations, regulatory reporting, audit support, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, budgeting, and cash flow monitoring. The role maintains accurate financial records, supports compliance with credit union regulations, prepares management and board reports, and recommends process improvements.

Manages engineering and construction contracts throughout project execution, including contract planning, administration, claims, risk and opportunity monitoring, and contractual communications. Develops contract management strategies, mentors project teams, supports client and vendor negotiations, coordinates with legal and procurement, tracks cost and schedule impacts, administers reimbursable contract invoicing, and supports audits and quality processes.

Administer health and welfare benefits, open enrollment, payroll reconciliations, vendor relationships, ACA and Form 5500 compliance, COBRA, HIPAA, 401(k), and leave cases including FMLA, ADA, USERRA, and disability programs. Maintain accurate HRIS and vendor data, resolve escalated issues, document procedures, support communications, and implement operational improvements.

Manages cross-functional new product development launches from design approval through ready-to-ship authorization. Leads engineering, manufacturing, sales, and production teams; creates schedules, manages risks and budgets, coordinates resources, oversees regulatory testing and production readiness, maintains project documentation, and communicates project status. Also supports continuous improvement and lifecycle management of non-NPP projects for connected, energy, and assisted technology products.
