Lead Dwellci AI’s technical vision, engineering organization, AI model development, and scalable 3D generative design platform. The CTO will establish architecture and engineering practices, build and mentor an AI team, guide product innovation, collaborate with founders and designers, engage investors, and advance generative AI, computer vision, and computational design capabilities for architecture.

Designs, deploys, and operates high-performance InfiniBand and RoCE networking fabrics for GPU clusters, customer connectivity, and multi-site WANs. Manages routing, switching, BGP peering, public IPs, DDoS protection, automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, capacity planning, and security audits. Build pipelines, conduct discovery, lead demos and proofs of value with sales engineering, navigate security and deployment reviews, maintain accurate forecasts, and provide market feedback to product and leadership.

Serves as the primary technical authority throughout enterprise sales cycles, supporting discovery, solution design, demonstrations, RFPs, scoping, and delivery estimates. Bridges Sales, Marketing, Partner IT, Product, and Engineering teams; evaluates integrations and technical compatibility; troubleshoots partner issues; and contributes to roadmap prioritization. Manage product managers and compliance experts, translate regulations into scalable features, maintain content accuracy, and apply AI and automation responsibly. Partner with Legal, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Experience to deliver compliant products, support go-to-market readiness, measure outcomes, represent customer needs, and identify regulatory risks and opportunities.

Forward Deployed Engineer responsible for managing client relationships, supporting end-to-end data product implementations, ensuring data quality and adoption, and coordinating account and engineering teams. The role develops scalable data pipelines and product lines, applies SQL or Python and statistical methods, creates visualizations, documents code, trains employees, and drives customer value. Experience with data products, retail or consumer data, BI infrastructure, and alternative data sources is valuable.

Manage a portfolio of major donors, personally solicit and close five-, six-, and seven-figure gifts, and advance relationships through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Maintain accurate Salesforce records, identify and qualify prospects, develop tailored proposals and impact stories, deliver stewardship activities, and partner with executives, program staff, and prospect research. The role also supports donor renewal, increased giving, annual-to-major gift pathways, and consistent revenue growth.

Leads end-to-end SaaS implementation projects for philanthropy and nonprofit customers, from discovery and planning through go-live and transition to support. Responsibilities include project scheduling, resource coordination, stakeholder communication, risk and scope management, solution validation, data migration, integrations, UAT, executive reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also supports presales scoping and continuously improves implementation methodologies, templates, and playbooks.
