Designs, administers, and improves compensation programs through job evaluations, market analyses, salary structure design, and compensation modeling. Leads merit/bonus cycle tasks, survey participation, compliance audits, reporting, and stakeholder guidance. Partners with HR, Finance, and leaders to align pay practices with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Develop and enhance VB.NET web applications and complex SSRS reports, manage SSRS server deployments and issues, perform unit testing, provide test cases, and maintain client communication throughout a 12+ month engagement.
