Lead a regional team to drive profitable sales growth of protective and marine coatings for data center construction projects. Develop and execute regional and segment sales strategies, influence specification decisions, manage pipeline, contracts, and cross-functional collaboration, and ensure targets for sales, profitability, and expense control. Role is remote with significant travel to engage architects, engineers, owners and contractors and see projects through completion.

Generate qualified leads and nurture prospects for intralogistics and forklift solutions within Texas. Conduct market research, cold outreach, attend industry events, track activity in CRM, and collaborate with account teams to transition leads into the sales pipeline. Learn sales skills and highlight value to customer operations.

Support cybersecurity and compliance engagements by researching, gathering data, testing, documenting deliverables, and managing project segments. Build client relationships, assist senior staff, mentor teammates, and contribute to sales support materials and proofs of concept.
