Act as the primary HR business partner for GeoSoftware Americas, coaching leaders, supporting employee lifecycle, talent management, workforce planning, compliance, and coordinating global HR partnerships and external providers to build scalable, consistent HR practices.

Develop and modify jBase applications to format data for SAP cutover, maintain the jBase database after conversion, and support its use as a warehouse management system and website component. Work independently in a flexible, fully remote contract engagement for 20–40 hours per week.

Underwrite and analyze credit for current and prospective borrowers, prepare loan memoranda, ensure compliance with underwriting policy, support lenders and senior management, mentor/train credit staff, participate in credit reviews, and complete required external advanced credit training.

Lead and execute integrated digital marketing strategies focused on social media, paid media, email marketing, content creation, and analytics to drive brand awareness, engagement, and patient acquisition. Manage content planning, community engagement, campaign optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting to support organizational goals.

Drive growth with existing customers by negotiating renewals and selling products/services, understanding customer needs, providing support, managing complex accounts, mentoring, analyzing financial reports, and delivering presentations. Must hold appropriate state life/health/HMO insurance license and be able to travel.

Lead end-to-end creative production for an internal creative agency: own scopes, timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-quality brand experiences and experiential marketing at scale.

Lead design and delivery of a portfolio-wide learning function for onsite and corporate roles: diagnose performance gaps, build competency models and curricula, run field training and coaching, implement LMS and tech, measure impact on leasing conversion, retention, ramp time, and promotions, and drive adoption of operating standards and systems.
