The Business Development Manager will drive lead generation, coordinate sales processes, and support new business opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services primarily in Clojure; support and modernize legacy Node.js services; collaborate on cloud deployments, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment pipelines; ensure code quality through reviews and debugging; work with cross-functional teams to integrate services and improve reliability.

Define product vision, prioritize opportunities, work with engineering and design, engage customers, translate blockchain tech into user value, set success metrics, mentor product managers, and drive cross-functional delivery from concept to launch.

Author and maintain funds management manuals, SOPs, workflows, process maps, job aids, and training materials. Support workshop documentation, document governance processes, facilitate interviews, and ensure adherence to documentation standards and best practices.

Customer-facing technical role that designs, configures, tests, and implements PackageX workflows for enterprise logistics and manufacturing sites. Works from pre-sales through go-live, mapping current/future-state processes, configuring platform logic and integrations, supporting pilots, troubleshooting, and creating reusable workflow patterns and documentation.

Support end-to-end M&A and corporate development activities: source and screen targets, build financial and LBO models, lead diligence workstreams, prepare board/investment committee materials, manage advisors and negotiations, and support integration planning and pipeline management.

Own and ship polished web, iOS, and Android user experiences. Build and debug native and web UIs, integrate APIs and analytics, collaborate with product/design, and iterate quickly on high-quality, media-heavy features with strong UX focus.

Advise Dexis on Department of Labor/ETA priorities, organizational structure, and decision-making. Validate opportunity scope, guide data analytics and program integrity strategies, facilitate stakeholder introductions, and support capture and proposal phases as a trusted advisor.
