Lead production finance and accounting for international scripted and non-scripted series, oversee freelance controllers, develop budgets/cashflows, advise on tax credits and FX, enforce cost controls and corporate compliance, partner with cross-functional and regional teams, and enhance production finance systems and practices.

Support management of cash, liquidity, and banking activities; ensure daily treasury processes run accurately and within controls; collaborate with Finance, Tax, Accounting, and operations; contribute to process improvements and reporting.

Serve as finance and strategic partner to Tech Ops leadership, leading budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, variance analysis, capital ROI and workforce insights. Drive finance transformation and AI initiatives, run monthly operational reviews, build and coach a team of six finance professionals, and collaborate across business units to ensure financial stewardship and operational efficiency.

Serve as financial and strategic partner to the CTO and Engineering leadership, owning budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, capital and workforce planning, and monthly operational reviews. Build and lead a global finance team, drive financial processes and tools, influence engineering decisions, and partner with adjacent businesses to ensure fiscal stewardship and operational efficiency.

The FP&A Manager oversees financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for O&T, reporting to the Sr. Manager of FP&A and managing a team.

Manage end-to-end production payroll for Mexico and support payroll across Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil. Validate timekeeping, earnings, deductions, statutory payments and union agreements; ensure legal compliance; partner with HR, Finance, Legal and vendors to resolve discrepancies, support integrations and audits, and drive process improvements.

Lead delivery and support of FP&A planning solutions (SAP BPC and SAP Analytics Cloud) for corporate and media portfolios. Translate finance requirements to functional/technical specs, configure models/reports/templates, participate in implementations, roadmaps, integrations, troubleshooting, and stakeholder advisory while supporting global accounting/planning users.
