Lead support and delivery of FP&A planning solutions (SAP BPC, SAC) for Studios: configure models, develop reports/templates, translate finance needs into functional requirements, participate in builds/tests and roadmap, collaborate with technology teams, troubleshoot production issues, and provide stakeholder advisory while working flexible hours.

Lead production finance and accounting for international scripted and non-scripted series, oversee freelance controllers, develop budgets/cashflows, advise on tax credits and FX, enforce cost controls and corporate compliance, partner with cross-functional and regional teams, and enhance production finance systems and practices.

Provide daily project financial support for the Universal UK Resort: monthly cost reporting, month-end close, cash flow forecasting, vendor payment management, contract and bid review, PMWeb/SAP reconciliation, ad-hoc analysis, process improvements and occasional supervision of junior finance staff.

Support management of cash, liquidity, and banking activities; ensure daily treasury processes run accurately and within controls; collaborate with Finance, Tax, Accounting, and operations; contribute to process improvements and reporting.

Serve as finance and strategic partner to Tech Ops leadership, leading budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, variance analysis, capital ROI and workforce insights. Drive finance transformation and AI initiatives, run monthly operational reviews, build and coach a team of six finance professionals, and collaborate across business units to ensure financial stewardship and operational efficiency.

Serve as financial and strategic partner to the CTO and Engineering leadership, owning budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, capital and workforce planning, and monthly operational reviews. Build and lead a global finance team, drive financial processes and tools, influence engineering decisions, and partner with adjacent businesses to ensure fiscal stewardship and operational efficiency.
