Supports accounting and controllership for Mexico legal entities, including journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations, financial analysis, intercompany activity, accounts payable, statutory and tax compliance, audits, and SOX requirements. This is a four-month temporary assignment requiring bilingual Spanish-English communication and knowledge of Mexico accounting requirements.

Supports FP&A for Tech Operations, Engineering, and Cyber Security through annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive presentations. The role consolidates financial information across business lines, improves reporting and forecasting processes, supports P&L close activities, and partners with stakeholders to explain financial performance and KPIs. It also contributes to workforce planning, accruals, ad hoc analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.

Support FP&A Manager with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and analysis for ~$1.5B OCF. Consolidate OCF and headcount submissions, track/reconcile headcount, ensure data accuracy, build relationships with operational finance, drive process improvements, assist on ad-hoc analyses, and liaise with IT to design and implement reporting/system enhancements.

Manages Facilities Finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, allocations, reporting, variance analysis, and financial close activities. Partners with facilities operators, FP&A, Accounting, and senior leadership to support decision-making and improve processes. Oversees vendor spend, P&L performance, invoicing, accruals, and allocation models while leading and developing one team member.

Leads production finance and accounting for international scripted and non-scripted television productions. Oversees Production Finance Controllers, budgets, schedules, cashflows, tax credits, cost controls, payroll, financial systems, compliance, and closing processes. Partners with creative, production, legal, treasury, and corporate finance teams, advises greenlight committees, manages international financial risks, and establishes consistent financial governance across global productions.

Drive collections and AR activities for assigned regions, oversee BPO collections, resolve disputes, manage cash forecasts and variance analysis, support process improvement, automation and SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives while collaborating with Finance, Sales, Legal and cross-functional teams.

Lead support and delivery of FP&A planning solutions (SAP BPC, SAC) for Studios: configure models, develop reports/templates, translate finance needs into functional requirements, participate in builds/tests and roadmap, collaborate with technology teams, troubleshoot production issues, and provide stakeholder advisory while working flexible hours.

Support finance operations including tracking P&A budgets, running and analysing reports in SAP, assisting month/quarter-end close, reviewing CONCUR expense reports, supervising invoice accounting, monitoring AP/AR outsourced activities and KPIs, aiding audits, reconciling customer and vendor balances, and contributing to ad-hoc finance projects.

Support management of cash, liquidity, and banking activities; ensure daily treasury processes run accurately and within controls; collaborate with Finance, Tax, Accounting, and operations; contribute to process improvements and reporting.
