The role also supports Sales and Trading by providing market updates and investment insights.

Support risk governance for new product assessments and North American legal entities. Responsibilities include maintaining governance documentation, managing reporting, coordinating stakeholders, preparing regulatory responses and governance meeting materials, tracking assessment completion, and contributing to process enhancements and risk management projects.

Assesses and manages credit and counterparty risk across clients, industries, geographies, and transactions. Leads Asia Prime Finance Product Control, overseeing daily P&L and risk reporting, balance sheet controls, month-end close, financial analysis, and adherence to product control standards. Partners with trading desks, finance leaders, and front- and back-office teams to resolve issues, implement controls, support business initiatives, and manage cross-business projects. Requires strong accounting and financial product knowledge, analytical ability, communication skills, people management experience, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Alteryx, and Tableau.

Oversee accounting and financial reporting for EMEA legal entities, including month-end close, reconciliations, regulatory submissions, liquidity reporting, FX hedging, variance analysis, transfer pricing, and audit support. Partner with Financial Control, Tax, regional controllers, and technology teams to resolve inconsistencies and drive automation and process improvements. Supervise financial reporting, allocations, and control activities while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and local GAAP requirements.
