Reconciles investment portfolio data from external sources with an internal web-based system. Reviews and updates reporting data, investigates reconciliation issues, applies financial and accounting concepts, and delivers accurate daily portfolio updates to clients. Analyze demand, buyer feedback, market events, seasonality, and performance data to optimize resale strategies, manage risk, and improve portfolio outcomes. Override model recommendations when appropriate and provide feedback to enhance pricing algorithms, models, and portfolio-management tools.

Owns expense management across G&A, R&D, and GTM while partnering with senior leaders on forecasts, financial models, scenario analysis, and executive reporting. The role manages cost of revenue forecasting, monthly close, vendor spend insights, financial controls, and process automation. It requires strong corporate finance experience in SaaS, familiarity with finance systems, SOX compliance, and the ability to support strategic planning and investment decisions in a public-company environment.

The Senior Accountant will own inventory and cost accounting, including valuation, COGS accuracy, reserves, reconciliations, variance analysis, and inventory counts. Responsibilities also include reviewing invoice matching, preparing journal entries, supporting month-end close and financial reporting, coordinating with operations, manufacturing, 3PL partners, and auditors, and improving accounting processes.

The Staff Accountant supports month-end close for multiple entities by preparing journal entries, recording accruals, reconciling balance sheet and bank accounts, and analyzing income statement variances against budget and forecasts. The role also supports audits, tax documentation, GAAP compliance, and ad hoc analysis while cross-training in prepaids and fixed assets.

Research and interpret federal and state tax law changes, translate them into software requirements, validate tax calculations, and partner with developers on compliant tax technology. The role also creates technical documentation, supports strategic product initiatives, provides tax subject-matter expertise, and uses AI and analytics tools to improve research and workflow efficiency.

Leads the FP&A function, finance team, and company-wide product-line P&L. Advises the President and executive leadership on strategy, budgeting, forecasting, investments, profitability, and M&A. Oversees executive and board reporting, variance and scenario analysis, and accountability frameworks. Drives finance transformation through AI-enabled tools, automation, scalable processes, and improved analytics.

Owns end-to-end revenue recognition for SaaS subscriptions, usage-based billing, and professional services under ASC 606. Responsibilities include contract analysis, deferred revenue reconciliation, NetSuite billing, month-end close, reporting, technical accounting support, policy and SOX documentation, audit coordination, and cross-functional partnership. The role also designs agentic AI solutions to automate invoicing, reconciliations, and revenue workflows, while improving quote-to-cash systems and SaaS metrics reporting.
