Deliver audited reports, build scalable data collection processes, lead onboarding and training, represent customer needs to product and engineering, and drive adoption, retention, and growth through technical guidance and compliance expertise.

Research and produce fact-checked video scripts and blog posts in the BASIC Studios voice. Organize research and citations, draft and revise content per editorial feedback, format references (MLA/APA), and upload finalized scripts to Notion and posts to WordPress. Volunteers commit ~5–10 hours/week and provide a work sample.
