Lead North American enterprise sales for Ocado Mobile Robotics Systems, carrying quota and closing $1M–$5M deals across retail, e-commerce, and 3PL. Qualify opportunities, manage long (6–18 month) sales cycles, coordinate solutions and deployment teams, negotiate contracts, and grow accounts while maintaining a 3x pipeline. Requires regular travel across US and Canada and CRM-driven pipeline management.

Manage strategic accounts in the Factory Automation business to drive revenue growth. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, develop account plans, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, lead proposals/RFPs, partner with technical teams for design-assist, and travel extensively (~70%) to customer sites and industry events.

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT). Create and manage UAT plans, recruit and onboard business testers, track test execution and defects, facilitate triage, manage sign-offs, coordinate test environments/data, report UAT status and release readiness, and support agile ceremonies and continuous improvement.

Support month-end close and post-close reviews for assigned hospital sites, perform P&L and balance sheet analysis, manage joint venture accounting and regulatory filings, liaise with site leadership and technical accounting, ensure internal controls and accurate financial reporting, and assist with budgeting and variance explanations.

Provide administrative, clerical, and document-control support for regulatory and quality functions: prepare polished documents and presentations, manage records and supplies, coordinate meetings, calendars, travel, and purchase requisitions, support onboarding, and ensure compliance with security and background-check requirements.

Own prospecting, senior relationships, opportunity qualification, deal execution, presales coordination, contracting support, onboarding handoffs, CRM hygiene, and market feedback to drive multi-million-dollar ARR wins.

Owner of initial outreach and qualification for enterprise prospects: research targets, run multi-channel outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn), set discovery meetings, log activity in tools, respond to prospects, and collaborate with marketing and sales to hit activity and learning goals.

Design and scale customer education programs and outcome-based learning journeys, create reusable learning content, partner cross-functionally, enable CS teams globally, and measure learning engagement and adoption to improve programs.

Manage sourcing, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement operations for internal business functions. Execute RFx support, vendor onboarding, purchase orders in NetSuite, spend analysis, and cross-functional coordination with Legal, Accounting, Finance, and Security to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement.
