The Business Development Director is responsible for driving growth by securing new clients and expanding services, managing the full sales lifecycle, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the life-sciences industry.

Lead definition and delivery of AI-powered capabilities for a sustainability real-estate data platform. Shape roadmap, partner with customers and data science, own end-to-end features, define evaluation and trust frameworks, and ensure data foundations support AI. Drive cross-functional alignment and use AI tools in product workflow.

Lead architecture and hands-on implementation of large-scale Generative AI and agentic systems. Build production-ready RAG, embedding fine-tuning, vector search, and MLOps pipelines on Google Cloud. Advise clients in pre-sales, mentor engineers, and ensure reliability, latency, cost, and responsible-AI controls for high-stakes deployments.

Develop, customize, and support Plaza's loan origination platform and integrations. Perform coding, debugging, unit testing, documentation, and architect high-availability services. Collaborate with team, follow DevOps practices, and support application enhancements and maintenance.

Own technical transformation for 1-2 enterprise clients as a field CTO: set technical direction, lead cross-functional teams, advise C-suite, and build reusable Tribe IP (architecture patterns, evaluation frameworks, deployment playbooks). Hire and develop teams, translate field lessons into practice, and ensure production-grade AI/ML systems that scale and deliver business outcomes.

Lead data validation, reconciliations, and financial reporting for federal financial systems. Support monthly close activities, prepare reconciliation schedules, research discrepancies, assist modernization and data conversion, and validate report migrations and dashboards while collaborating with government stakeholders.

Manage compliance activities for NERC registered projects, regulatory filings, project registration, and workflow for Compliance Analyst while leading stakeholder meetings.

Support month-end, quarter, and year-end close for North American operations; prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and management reports; ensure U.S. GAAP compliance; maintain internal controls; assist audits and tax advisors; drive process improvements, system implementations, and cross-functional accounting support.

Design, build, test, and operate modern web applications and integrations. Develop performant, accessible UIs using Angular/TypeScript, collaborate across product and infra, support cloud-native services, CI/CD, observability, and responsibly use AI-assisted tools to deliver production-ready software.

Manage and expand enterprise accounts by driving renewals, upsells, and strategic negotiations. Serve as trusted advisor to executives, design tailored account strategies, lead cross-functional initiatives, and mentor peers to maximize customer value and retention.
