Track and verify defects using issue trackers, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, maintain test documentation, and support process improvement to ensure usability and business requirements in regulated environments.

Lead and execute data-driven demand generation campaigns for U.S. Public Sector and UK Government/Healthcare. Manage paid media (LinkedIn, Google Ads), HubSpot nurture programs and landing pages, WordPress site/SEO, analytics, partner co-marketing, and ABM initiatives. Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and regional teams to drive pipeline, optimize funnels, and report on performance while testing new channels to improve conversion and revenue contribution.
