Serves as the Intacct integration subject matter expert while contributing product feedback and implementation best practices.

Manages the strategy, design, modeling, administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of incentive compensation programs, including bonuses, commissions, profit sharing, and spiffs. Partners with HR, Finance, Operations, Payroll, and leadership to build financially sound plans, analyze performance and ROI, ensure accurate payouts, improve workflows, maintain compliance, and communicate compensation programs effectively.

Designs, deploys, secures, and maintains Windows, Linux, macOS, cloud, endpoint, identity, and collaboration systems. Leads AI and agentic AI deployments, scripting, API integrations, and workflow automation. Administers Azure, Microsoft 365 GCC High, Purview, Zscaler, Jira, GitHub, Intune, and related platforms. Provides end-user and executive support, troubleshoots complex issues, manages vendors, documents systems, and independently delivers technical projects aligned with business goals.

Supports multiple installation projects from setup through closeout by coordinating project managers and cross-functional teams, maintaining documentation and records, tracking tasks, materials, budgets, invoices, and open issues, preparing purchase orders and reports, communicating project status, and assisting with client updates and service handoffs.

Leads global financial operations across accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue operations, billing, collections, disbursements, and cash flow management. Oversees financial systems, automation, reporting, internal controls, compliance, vendor processes, and process improvement. Builds and develops high-performing teams while partnering with executive leadership, Accounting, FP&A, Sales, Procurement, Legal, and IT to support scalable financial performance.
