Own and build Thatch's in-house video capability across growth, product, and brand. Develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards; produce videos end-to-end (filming, editing, motion graphics, sound); create performance-driven creative and customer/product storytelling; partner with Growth, Product Marketing, Design, and leadership.

Lead go-to-market efforts to build a pipeline and close deals with sponsor banks, program managers, fintechs, and processors. Own prospecting, senior relationships, opportunity qualification, deal execution, presales coordination, contracting support, onboarding handoffs, CRM hygiene, and market feedback to drive multi-million-dollar ARR wins.

Convert warm leads into clients by delivering persuasive presentations, negotiating contracts, addressing objections, and closing deals. Maintain CRM records, track sales metrics, collaborate with marketing on lead quality, and build long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Lead development and writing of compliant, persuasive RFP/RFI responses for government-sponsored healthcare programs. Research requirements, interview stakeholders, draft and edit content, coordinate with SMEs, graphics, and data, meet tight deadlines, support capture strategy, and train proposal team members.
