The Territory Manager will drive business growth, establish customer relationships, and ensure customer success within the designated territory by developing sales strategies and managing customer accounts, all while engaging in hands-on activities in the field with clients.

Lead go-to-market and commercialization for Construction & Trades B2B payments secular shift across North America. Build pipeline, engage issuer partners and distribution channels, close deals, support negotiations, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Delivery) to drive adoption of card-based and invoice payment solutions.

Responsibilities include issue triage, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, user onboarding, access and configuration administration, release readiness, user acceptance testing, documentation, training, and coordination across business and technology teams. The role also identifies recurring issues and process improvements that enhance platform stability, adoption, and user experience.

Own go-to-market strategy and execution for YCharts data products, partnering with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Responsibilities include launch planning, product positioning, messaging, sales enablement, customer and competitive research, internal and external communications, and coordinating multiple concurrent launches. The role translates complex financial products and market data into clear customer value for wealth managers, advisors, and asset managers.

Owns sales compensation policy strategy, crediting frameworks, exception governance, audits, and field enablement. The role manages compensation policies across draws, transfers, promotions, terminations, clawbacks, renewals, overlays, splits, and non-standard deals. It partners with sales and cross-functional leaders, documents decisions, improves governance controls, and translates recurring exceptions into policy and plan changes.

Own GTM performance analytics, KPI and target setting, reporting, forecasting, compensation planning, and performance reviews across Sales and Post-Sales. Identify anomalies and optimization opportunities involving conversion, churn, productivity, pricing, packaging, segmentation, channel economics, and customer quality. Partner with Finance and GTM leaders to develop recommendations, lead strategic initiatives, and ensure data integrity while translating analysis into actionable business decisions.

Supports compensation operations in Workday and related HR systems by maintaining data, generating reports, conducting audits, testing system updates, and supporting annual and off-cycle compensation cycles. Coordinates documentation, meetings, trackers, templates, and leadership materials. Identifies data discrepancies, resolves issues, escalates risks, and contributes to process improvements, reporting enhancements, and administrative workstreams while maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy.

Leads and scales Advisory, Delivery, and Support workstreams across a distributed technical services organization. Establishes shared operating standards, capacity planning, quality controls, SLAs, escalation processes, reporting, and governance. Oversees technical delivery outcomes, resource allocation, architecture quality, support coverage, hiring plans, onboarding, and partner collaboration. Partners with Enablement, Sales, Project Managers, and SI/GSI organizations to improve delivery predictability, utilization, client satisfaction, and technical excellence.
