Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers, managing relationships, account reviews, deployments, integrations, adoption, training, and ongoing support. Supports multiple installation projects from setup through closeout by coordinating project managers and cross-functional teams, maintaining documentation and records, tracking tasks, materials, budgets, invoices, and open issues, preparing purchase orders and reports, communicating project status, and assisting with client updates and service handoffs.

Develop and own performance-driven creative strategy for eCommerce brands: analyze campaign data, build testing roadmaps, create hooks/scripts/messaging, brief visual creators, review assets, provide performance-focused feedback, and collaborate with media buyers and clients to iterate and drive commercial results.

Defines and maintains product requirements and defects, collaborates with development teams on issue resolution, validates solutions, creates and executes test cases, documents results, and analyzes requirement changes. The role requires healthcare integration expertise, including HL7, FHIR, XML, CDA, integration engines, data analysis, quality assurance, and adherence to security and networking policies.
