Test web-based educational software and lessons across platforms and browsers, document and report bugs, write reproducible test steps, use spreadsheets and Asana, and collaborate with Development, Art, and Content teams to ensure release quality.

Serve as primary administrator for Workforce Pell grants: calculate and award funds, reconcile accounts, monitor COD daily, process withdrawals and R2T4, assist students and staff with financial aid questions and electronic document processes, maintain imaging system records, ensure FERPA compliance, support outreach events and special projects.

Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads, set meetings, and manage the top of the sales funnel for K-12 North America. Research target accounts, execute outreach campaigns, document activity in Salesforce, route qualified opportunities to Regional Sales Managers, and support territory sales efforts.

Support marketing operations, campaign setup and QA, CRM data hygiene, content writing and repurposing, webinar logistics, and outbound follow-up to qualify leads and report campaign performance.
